Thank you farmers!

My quick trip out to check on the sheep this afternoon made me want to say a big thank you to all the farmers out there who put food on our tables. Day in and day out, in rain, snow, mud, heat, dust, you name it, they work through it. I'm not sure how much rain we have had in the past 24 hours. In excess of 3 inches I'd bet. And snow tonight. All in a day's work for many in agriculture, but it just makes me want to curl up in front of the fire with a warm quilt and a good book!
